General: We operate in the main Helsinki area, especially on days when it snows a lot. Our work dates and times depend on the weather and client orders. Most of our work orders are for days when it snows more than 5cm. We get the client order typically on the previous day. When we get a client order, we tell our employees in a Telegram group that there are new work shifts available. We are flexible and the work fits different life situations, like studying or working only up to 300e/mo.
We are responsible for the manual snow shoveling work of approx. 200 targets. In 2022-2023 we employed 160 people. In 2023-2024 we expect to employ 100-200 people. We operate normally on the ground level, not on rooftops.
Salary: Our salary is 12.5e/h + bonuses + 0.57e/km tax free compensation for driving your own car between work targets, if you have one.
Evening bonus at 18-23 o’ clock is 0.73e/h, night bonus at 23-06 is 1.36e/h, overtime bonus for work exceeding 8 hours per day is +50 % and for work exceeding 10 hours +100 % to the base pay (so base pay is 18.75e/h for the 9. and 10. working hour of the day, and 25e/h after 10h of work). We strive to keep overtime to the minimum, but it can occasionally be on offer.
We pay salaries twice a month (every two weeks).
Work permit: We’ll need to check your work permit as part of the application process: typically either EU citizenship or a residence permit that includes a work permit.
Telegram: Once we have verified your right to work, we can add you to a Telegram group where we offer new work shifts. Telegram is like WhatsApp, but better in many small ways, and saves us a ton of time.
Tax card: For paying the salary we’ll also need a digital copy (PDF or photo) of your tax card. You can get it from the Tax Administration.
Email: Email both work permit (both sides) & tax card to after filling the job application. Please include “Job application” in the email subject.
Only the work permit is required before starting the work. Tax card can also be sent when you start the work. But remember to send it on time, to not delay your salary payment by having us wait for it. The easiest way to not forget it is to send it at the same time with the work permit.

🇫🇮 Tietoa suomeksi
Yleisesti: Tarjoamme lumenlapiointitöitä Helsinki-Vantaa-Espoo -alueella. Ajoittain tarjoamme muitakin töitä. Työ on osa-aikaista ja kausiluonteista. Työpäivien aloitus ja lopetus riippuu säästä, sillä lumitöitä tehdään tyypillisesti vain silloin, kun lunta sataa yli 5 cm. Tyypillisesti ilmoitamme tarjolla olevasta työvuorosta 1-2 päivää aiemmin. Olemme joustavia ja tämä osa-aikatyö sopii erilaisiin tilanteisiin, kuten opiskelijoille tai niille, jotka haluavat tienata esim. max. 300 e/kk.
Vastaamme noin 200 kiinteistön käsilumitöistä. 2022-2023 työllistimme 160 henkeä. 2023-2024 odotamme työllistävämme 100-200 henkeä. Toimimme normaalisti maan tasalla, emme katoilla.
Palkka: Palkkamme on 12,5 e/h + lisät + 0,57 e/km verovapaa korvaus omalla autolla ajamisesta kohteiden välillä, jos sinulla on oma auto.
Iltalisä klo 18-23 on 0,73 e/h, yölisä klo 23-06 on 1,36 e/h, ylityölisä 8 tunnin työpäivän jälkeen olevilta työtunneilta on +50 % ja 10 tunnin jälkeen +100 % peruspalkkaan (eli tuntipalkka on 18,75 e/h päivän 9. ja 10. työtunnille, ja 25 e/h 10. työtunnin jälkeisille työtunneille). Pyrimme välttämään ylityön tekemistä, mutta joskus sitäkin saattaa olla tarjolla.
Maksamme palkan kaksi kertaa kuukaudessa (n. 2 viikon välein).
Työlupa: Meillä on velvollisuus tarkistaa kaikkien työntekijöiden työlupa ennen töihin ottamista. Yleisin työlupa on EU-kansalaisuus (esim. Suomi), tai oleskelulupa, jossa on työlupa.
Telegram: Kun olemme tarkistaneet työluvan, voimme lisätä sinut Telegram-ryhmään, jossa tarjoamme uusia työvuoroja. Telegram on kuin WhatsApp, mutta monin pienin tavoin parempi, ja säästää meiltä paljon aikaa.
Verokortti: Palkan maksamiseen tarvitsemme digitaalisen kopion (PDF tai valokuva) verokortistasi. Saat sellaisen Verohallinnolta.
Sähköposti: Voit lähettää työluvan (molemmat puolet) ja verokortin , kun olet täyttänyt työnhakulomakkeen. Mainitse sähköpostin otsikossa “Työhakemus”.
Näistä vain työlupa on pakollinen lähettää aluksi. Verokortin voi lähettää myös vasta kun on aloittanut työt – mutta muista lähettää se ajoissa, ettei palkanmaksusi viivästy, jos joudumme odottamaan sitä. Helpoin tapa muistaa lähettää se ajoissa on lähettää se heti työluvan kanssa samassa sähköpostissa.
